Aubrey and Alex had a beautiful wedding at Park Place in Shafter, CA. The green and grey details were simply stunning, and the genuine emotion between the two of them was something every photographer dreams of capturing. They are two of the sweetest people we have had the pleasure to work with.

Aubrey and Alex also had their day captured in motion, but I just couldn’t wait to give a little sneak peek of the photos. Check out the gorgeous backdrop Park Place provided as their venue, the stunning cake from Gimme Some Sugar, and of course, the beautiful people and sweet moments they all shared.

Nadine and Jon had a wonderfully personal wedding day up in Bear Valley near Tehachapi. It took place at a gorgeous home with a wrap around porch, and a  backyard with a beautiful scenic view. One beautifully decorated long table extended across the back porch to seat their guests for dinner. The trees were adorned with mason jars, candles and chandeliers. The tables were decorated with bottles, origami flowers, pine cones, stones and photos of the bride and groom – It was DIY perfection. After a meaningful ceremony and a delicious dinner of real Texas brisket, they danced the night away with their closest friends. Friends from all across the globe, who made the journey just for Nadine and Jon. Having moved from Texas just this year, it was a destination wedding for the majority of their guests. They wanted a wedding that was personal and meaningful. It was also important for them to spend time with everyone who made the journey to attend.

Being part of a wedding this unique and this personal was truly an honor for us to capture. We hope we did it justice in capturing the emotion of the day. Every person who was a part of it was significant, and we can truly attest to the fact that Nadine and Jon have some wonderful friends. Not to mention the cutest ring bearer ever!

Sarah and Dennis said their “I Do’s” at the beautiful Walnut Grove in Moorpark, California. The location for their wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, and every vendor from the officiant to the DJ were an absolute joy to work with. Sarah added several handmade details she created herself, and also found on Etsy. Even the flowers were made by one of her maids of honor. Sarah and her girls wore beautiful dresses from J Crew. The whole wedding was elegant and personal, and the theme of the event was joy. From the smiles that never left their faces, to the couple literally skipping into the reception, and the most spirited Hora I have ever seen danced – Sarah and Dennis have a lifetime of happiness ahead of them! Oh this wedding… Kassee and Aaron and so super cool and their wedding reflected every bit of their awesome personalities.

Both Kassee and Aaron are originally from Bakersfield. Kassee followed her passion for film to New York for school, and now the two of them live in Los Angeles together. What better setting for their wedding than Siren Studios overlooking the fabulous Hollywood Sign? The ceremony took place at Immanuel Presbyterian Church. After, the couple made a stop at the W Hotel, another great Hollywood icon and tribute to their last name which starts with a W. As high school sweet hearts, this wedding had so much sweetness and emotion. All the beautiful details had a vintage glam touches. The day went by flawlessly due to the coordinating of Abbey Road Weddings. And let’s not forget the delicious food from Rise and Shine Catering!

In 2008 Kyle and Michael were brought together by fate. It wasn’t long before they were seeing “fireworks.” It was love and they have been together since.

At the beautiful Wayfarers Chapel in southern California, Kyle and Michael were married. The most apparent thing that made this wedding so special, was that it wasn’t just about the love of Kyle and Michael; their family and friends were all there to celebrate adding more love to their adjoining families.

It was an ultra classy and modern wedding. When we complimented him on all the gorgeous details, Kyle so sweetly bragged, “Oh, it was all Michael.” It was truly a vision that became a real life wedding day dream come true. From the Rolls Royce, the chapel over looking the ocean, the white lounge style reception and ladies – as hard as it was to walk in those heels, you looked smokin’! Not as smokin’ of course, as the grooms. We feel so honored to be the photographer for their engagement session and now their wedding!

We arrived in the morning at Sentinel Beach in Yosemite National Park to find a deer enjoying his breakfast. It was such a special welcome to the wedding of Rebecca and Brian, and the first of many beautiful wedding experiences that day.
